Alutuff - AHPL

• Alutuff - AHPL is aluminium high pressure laminate, which is highly durable, and have a 15 Years of warranty. The main difference from traditional ACP is that It is made of High density polyethylene core, with alloy 3003 series Aluminium coil pasted with adhesive film.
• It has better insulation quality and protection against water, sound, weathering effect, fungus, termite and borer etc.
• This product is very easy to install, light weight and locally manufactured in India and stocked at ware houses in every city, 100% recyclable, Fire Resistant, UV resistance, protection against weathering makes it a green product and helps in earning leed rating for the building.
• It is available in higher thicknesses than ACP (5mm – 7mm HDPE with 0.25mm - 0.5mm coil thickness). Readily available in 50+ shades and Any colour can be developed depending on quantity required – Solid colours, marble, stone, sand, wooden colours etc.
• It can also bent easily to 90º and any design, Laser cut or CNC Cut design, 3D panels etc. is possible
• Its extreme flatness and uniformity gives it a hi-tech appeal while doing any application like, Interior cladding, Exterior Façade cladding, balcony, canopy, beam wraps, Entrance lobby, Display boards, Spandrel etc.

Alutuff Fire Shield– FR HPL/ACP

• Alutuff – Fire Shield is Fire-Resistant aluminium high pressure laminate or Aluminium Composite panels, which contain and retain its structural integrity up to 2 hours, and it is a non halogenated FR material that produces water vapour when its heat up. It don't produces toxic gases.
• It is made of polyethylene core mixed with Magnesium Hydroxide (MDH) which has a better fire resistance performance than Aluminium Trihydrate (ATH). It has 71% mineral content sandwiched with alloy AA5005/AA3105 series Aluminium coil pasted with adhesive film. MDH has a feature of heat absorption, its transformation from solid to plastic (the point of ignition) is up to 360ºC and by releasing water molecules it brings down the temperature continuously.
• Alutuff Fire Shield is certified for reaction to fire by ewcl5 as per EN 13501-1, Class B-s1, d0 and BS 476 Part 6 and 7. Alutuff Fire Shield also passed the ASTM E119-12 test for 2-hour resistance to fire. The test also checks if the ACP disintegrates from the structure when water is sprayed through fire hoses to bring fire under control.
• EN 13501-1 test validates that it will not produce smoke and flaming droplets will turn to harm-less ash particle. This test provides B-s1, d0 fire classification.
• It is available in different thicknesses (3mm – 7mm LDPE/HDPE with 0.25mm - 0.5mm coil thickness). Readily available in 50+ shades and Any colour can be developed depending on quantity required

Alutuff Solid Aluminium panel– AHCP

• Alutuff - AHCP is aluminium honeycomb panel, which has high strength, and have a 15 Years of warranty. The main difference from traditional ACP is that It is made of solid 3003 H24 hexagon aluminium honeycomb core sandwiched with roller coating plate, alloy A3003, A1100 series Aluminium coil pasted with adhesive film. This coil is first coated by PVDF primer and then the base coat and clear coat of PVDF is done which is covered by a protective film.
• It has better insulation quality and protection against water, sound, weathering effect, fungus, termite and borer etc.
• This product is very easy to install, light weight and locally manufactured in India and stocked at ware houses in every city, 100% recyclable, Fire Resistant, UV resistance, protection against weathering makes it a green product and helps in earning leed rating for the building.

Alutuff Solid Aluminium panel–ACCP

• Alutuff - ACCP is aluminium Corrugated Composite panel, which has high strength, and have a 15 Years of warranty. The main difference from traditional ACP is that It is made of full-dimensional three-layer structure of the 3-dimensional aluminium core composite board adopts the mature and unique bonding technology, and the decay rate of peel strength in 20 years is less than 5%.
• Solid 3003 H24 aluminium core sandwiched with roller coating plate, alloy A3003, A1100 series Aluminium coil pasted with adhesive film. This coil is first coated by PVDF primer and then the base coat and clear coat of PVDF is done which is covered by a protective film.
• This product is Fire Resistant, A2 En13501-1: A2-s1, d0 certificate.
